Pina Colada Tofu Pie

Ingredients
  Pie crust 1 (Regular Or Graham Cracker)
  Tofu 1 Pound, cut up and drained
  Oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Drained crushed pineapple 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Unsweetened coconut flakes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Blend well all ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Let cool to set.
