Peach Praline Pie
|Fresh peaches||4 Cup (64 tbs), peeled and sliced|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs) (1/2 + 3/4 Cup)|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Unbaked pie shell||1|
Mix first 4 ingredients for 10 minutes.
Combine next 4 ingredients and sprinkle 1/3 of mixture over bottom of unbaked pie shell.
Top with peach mixture, then rest of topping.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 20 minutes more.
Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
