Mincemeat Pecan Pie

Ingredients
  Condensed mincemeat 9 Ounce, broken up (1 Package)
  Corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Karo Light / Dark)
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , slightly beaten
  Coarsely chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 1 Tablespoon
  Unbaked 9 inch pastry shell 1
  Sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In mediumsaucepan stir together first3 ingredients.
Stirring constantly, bring to boil over mediumheat.
Remove from heat.
Gradually stir into eggs.
Add pecans and rind.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 40-50 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Pour sherry overfilling.
Cool.
