Fresh Spinach And Lettuce Pie

Ingredients
  Spinach/1 package frozen spinach, thawed 1 Pound
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Fresh lettuce leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Fresh parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Eggs 8 , well-beaten
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash spinach; drain well.
Mix together next 10 ingredients.
Melt butter in an 11-inch pie plate; pour vegetable mixture into it.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, or until- top is golden and crisp.
Can be served hotor chilled.
