Applesauce Cheese Pie
|Graham crackers||6 , crushed|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Cottage cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Thick applesauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix crackers and butter, press into bottom and sides of 8- or 9-inch pie plate.
Put cottage cheese through fine sieve; add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Add sugar, flour, lemon juice, and applesauce.
Beat until well blended.
Pour into crumb-lined pie plate and bake in preheated 325-de-gree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until mixture is set and lightly browned.
