Individual Apple Pies

Ingredients
  Whole wheat pastry flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Unbleached)
  Margarine 3 Tablespoon (Unsalted)
  Cold water 4 Tablespoon
  Apples 3 , peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
  Apricot jam 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), heated (Sugarless)
Directions

Combine flours.
Cut in margarine.
Add only enough water to form a dough.
Roll out on a floured piece of waxed paper.
Cut out six 4" circles.
Place circles on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Arrange apples in an overlapping pattern on each circle, covering circle completely.
Bake at 425° for 20 minutes, or until apples are tender.
Spoon melted jam over each pie.
Serve warm.
