Tasty Fish Pie
|Anchovy fillets||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fish fillets||1 Pound, skinned and cubed|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 Small, diced|
|Pie pastry||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Made With 2 Cups Flour, Etc.)|
|Green pepper||1 , seeded and chopped|
|Tomatoes||2 , peeled and chopped|
|Chopped parsley||5 Tablespoon|
|Edam cheese slice||4|
Drain the anchovy fillets, chop and mix with the salt, fish, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, mustard, oil and diced onion; leave for 30 minutes.
Roll out the pastry thinly and use to line an 8-inch flan ring on a baking sheet.
Drain the fish cubes from the marinade and place in the pastry case.
Sprinkle over the pepper, tomatoes and parsley; pour over the marinade and top with the cheese slices.
Dot with butter and bake in a moderately hot oven (400° F) for 30 minutes.
