Fresh Blueberry Cream Pie

Ingredients
  Commercial sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Fresh blueberries 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Unbaked 9 inch pastry shell 1
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Chopped pecans/Walnuts 3 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven at 400 degrees.

MAKING
2.Take the container of electric mixer and put sour cream, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, salt and egg and blend for 5 minutes.
When the mixture is smooth, put blueberries.
3.Take a pastry shell and fill it with mixture and bake for 25 minutes.
4.Once done, take the pastry out and top it by making a mixture of flour, margarine and chopped pecans or walnuts.
5.Put the pie in the oven and bake for 10 more minutes.

SERVING
6.Refrigerate and serve.
