Date and Nut Pie

|Pure vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Whipping cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped dates||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter, then cream in the brown sugar, mixing until fluffy.
Beat in eggs.
Blend in vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cream, mixing well.
Stir in dates, raisins, and nuts.
Pour into pic crust.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 45-minutes or until the surface is crisp and lightly browned.
