Ingredients
  Eggs 3 , beat lightly
  Milk 2 2⁄3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sliced rhubarb 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

Pour into 9 inch pie crust and bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
You can use a lattice crust top or none at all.
