POTATO AND TOMATO PIE
|Mashed potato||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sliced tomato||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Potato flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
butter with seasonings.
Remove from heat and mix in the raw chopped onion, cooked mashed potatoes and 11/2 cups of the grated cheese.
Wash and fry the mushrooms in butter or oil add milk and potato flour with seasonings and stir until thickened.
Place on top of the tomato and potato and put a layer of sliced tomato on top of the mushroom mixture.
Sprinkle with rest of grated cheese and bake in hot oven for 10 minutes.
