Sweet Coconut Pie

Ingredients
  Unsweetened chocolate square 3 (Baker'S)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , slightly beaten
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Sweetened condensed milk 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs) (Baker'S Angel)
Directions

Melt chocolate with butter in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Stir in eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla.
Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
Combine milk and coconut; spoon over chocolate mixture, leaving 1/2 - to 1-inch border.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Cool before serving.
