Sweet Coconut Pie
|Unsweetened chocolate square||3 (Baker'S)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , slightly beaten|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sweetened condensed milk||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs) (Baker'S Angel)|
Melt chocolate with butter in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Stir in eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla.
Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
Combine milk and coconut; spoon over chocolate mixture, leaving 1/2 - to 1-inch border.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Cool before serving.
