Lemon Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Buttermilk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Melted butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon peel 1 , grated
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  9 inch pie shell 1 , baked
  Cinnamon To Taste
Directions

Beat eggs and sugar together in large mixer bowl until light and lemon-colored.
Beat in flour, buttermilk, butter, lemon peel, juice, and vanilla.
Pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
Bake in preheated oven of 375-degrees for 20-30 minutes, or until knife blade inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool on rack, then-serve.
