Sour Cream Peach Pie

Ingredients
  9 inch double crust lattice top pie pastry 1 , unbaked
  Peaches 8 , peeled and sliced
  All purpose flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 18 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Fill pie shell with sliced peaches.
Blend together the flour, 1 cup sugar, and the salt.
Stir in the sour cream and pour over the peaches.
Arrange strips of pastry over the peaches, lattice-fashion.
Sprinkle generously with a mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.
Bake in preheated hot oven (425°F.) for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350°F and bake for 40 minutes longer.
