Vegan Crumble Apple Pie

Ingredients
For crust
  Demerera sugar/Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Vegan margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Egg replacer 3 Teaspoon
For filling
  Apples 8 , peeled, cored, sliced
  Lemon 1 , juice extracted
  Demerera sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
For topping
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
For greasing
  Non stick cooking spray 3 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Grease a pie dish with non stick cooking spray.

MAKING
3. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar , baking powder and salt. Add vegan margarine and the egg replacement mixture, mix well to form a dough.
4. Using 3/4 of the dough, line a 9 inch pie dish.
5. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients of the filling. Transfer the filling to the pie crust.
6. Crumble the remaining dough over pie. Dot the pie top with margarine and sprinkle some sugar.
7. Bake 350F for 60 minutes.

SERVING
8. Serve with soy ice cream.
