|Chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Seasoning salt||To Taste (Lawry'S)|
Peel, chop and boil Carrots. Set oven to 400 degrees Saute down onions until translucent in a pan sprayed down with Olive Oil. Once Onions are sauteed down add in Ground Turkey. While meat is browning go ahead and drain and mash your Carrots and spray down with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray. Now add your bag of frozen Veggies to the pan. Add 1/2 cup of Chicken Broth to pan. Add Worcestershire, sprinkle in some Lawry's Seasoning Salt and allow liquid to dry out a bit.
Place mixture in casserole dish and top off with mashed Carrots. Cover and into your oven it goes for 30 minutes.
