Sour Cream Chicken Pie

Ingredients
  Flour 6 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hen 1 (Cooked)
  Chicken stock 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven for 425 degrees

MAKING
2) In a bowl sift flour, salt and baking powder, cut in shortening and add milk
3) Roll out this on a floured surface into 1/4 inch thick dough and cut slits in center
4) In a casserole, place the boneless chicken
5) In a saucepan, add the chicken stock and bring it to boil
6) Mix 5 tablespoons of flour and water and add it to the chicken stock
7) After the sauce is thickened, pour it over the chicken
8) Cover the casserole with rolled dough and bake it for 15 minutes in 425 degree
9) After 15 minutes, reduce the temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes
10) Fill the silts in crust with sour cream and bake it for another 10 minutes

SERVING
11) Your casserole is ready to be served hot
