Omelette Pot Pie

Ingredients
  Diced cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hot water 3 Tablespoon
  Celery soup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced cooked carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baked 9 inch pastry shell 1
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 2
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven at 375 degrees

MAKING
2) In a bowl, mix the chicken, water, soup and carrots
3) Arrange in pastry shell and season with chili powder
4) Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees
5) After 10 minutes, beat the egg yolks until they are light and fluffy
6) Pour this beaten egg yolk over pie and bake for another 10 minutes

SERVING
7) Serve hot straight out of the oven
