Individual Meat Pies

Ingredients
  Pastry 2 (Unbaked, For 2-Crust 9-Inch Pie)
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Line 2 individual aluminum-foil pie pans with pastry.
Brown beef, onion, and green pepper lightly in skillet; add seasonings and divide mixture between 2 pie pans.
Mix egg and milk; pour over meat.
Arrange 1/2 inch strips of pastry, rolled 1/8 inch thick, on pies, lattice fashion.
Bake in preheated hot oven (425° F.) for about 30 minutes.
