|Frozen cut green beans||9 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|9 inch baked pastry shell||1|
|Canned tuna||12 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Unwrap green beans and place on plate.
Microwave at High for 3 to 5 minutes, or until defrosted.
Spread rice evenly over bottom of pastry shell.
Crumble tuna evenly over rice.
In medium mixing bowl, combine green beans, soup, eggs, onion and pepper.
Pour over tuna.
Cover with wax paper.
Place pie plate on saucer in microwave oven.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until center is set.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Let stand, covered, for 5 to 8 minutes.
