Simple Simon Skillet Pie
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Gold Medal, Regular / Wondra)|
|Seasoned stewed tomato||2 Pound (2 Cans Of 1 Pound Each)|
|Sliced pitted ripe olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Frankfurters||8 , halved lengthwise|
|Refrigerated biscuits||12 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Stir flour into tomatoes and olives in skillet.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Cut biscuits into quarters and place on top of tomato mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and simmer gently 30 min.
