Crunchy Pie

  Eggs 3
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Graham crackers 11 , crushed
  Chopped walnut 1 Cup (16 tbs)

1. Beat 3 egg (whites only) until stiff
2. Add baking powder
3. Fold in granulated sugar, crushed graham crackers and chopped walnuts
4. Put in greased pie plate and bake in 350° oven for 1/2 hour
5. Let cool and top with whipped cream or ice cream.
