Lisette's Supper Pie

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 12 Ounce
  Eggs 2
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Butter/Margarine 1 Ounce
  Bacon 4 Ounce, diced
  Short crust pastry 6 Ounce
  Made mustard 1 Teaspoon (Rounded)
  Seasoning To Taste
  Tomato wedges 4 (For Garnish)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Sieve cottage cheese, beat eggs and fry onion in margarine or butter, then fry diced bacon.
Roll out pastry and line an 8-inch plain flan ring or sandwich tin placed on a greased baking sheet.
Turn cheese into a bowl and add eggs, bacon, onion, and made mustard.
Season well to taste.
Beat thoroughly to blend all ingredients then turn mixture into pastry flan case.
Bake in moderately hot oven (400°F - Gas Mark 5) for 10 minutes, then lower heat to (350°F - Gas Mark 3) for a further 40-50 minutes, or until filling is firm and top golden brown.
Transfer to serving dish, garnish with tomato wedges and parsley.
