Skillet Sombrero Pie

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Frozen corn 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Chili seasoning mix 1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Corn chips 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute" beef until browned.
Stir in corn, tomato sauce, tomatoes, onion, and seasoning mix.
Reduce heat.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Arrange chips in ring around edge of skillet.
Sprinkle cheese over meat mixture; heat until cheese melts, 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve pie directly from skillet.
