Skillet Sombrero Pie
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Frozen corn||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned tomatoes||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Chili seasoning mix||1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Corn chips||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a large skillet over medium heat, saute" beef until browned.
Stir in corn, tomato sauce, tomatoes, onion, and seasoning mix.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Arrange chips in ring around edge of skillet.
Sprinkle cheese over meat mixture; heat until cheese melts, 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve pie directly from skillet.
