Quick Lime Rum Pie

Ingredients
  Sweetened condensed milk 28 Ounce (2 Cans, 14 Ounce Each)
  Egg yolks 4
  Fresh lime 2 , juiced and rind grated
  Light rum 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Baked 9-inch pie shell/Graham cracker crust 1
  Sweetened whipped cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Lightly)
Directions

Pour condensed milk into deep bowl.
Add egg yolks and stir well with a fork, hand-beater or blender.
Add lime juice, rind and rum; stir well.
Pour into pie shell and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Just before serving, spread pie with a thin layer of whipped cream.
