Quick Lime Rum Pie
|Sweetened condensed milk||28 Ounce (2 Cans, 14 Ounce Each)|
|Fresh lime||2 , juiced and rind grated|
|Light rum||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Baked 9-inch pie shell/Graham cracker crust||1|
|Sweetened whipped cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Lightly)|
Pour condensed milk into deep bowl.
Add egg yolks and stir well with a fork, hand-beater or blender.
Add lime juice, rind and rum; stir well.
Pour into pie shell and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Just before serving, spread pie with a thin layer of whipped cream.
