Broccoli Cheese Pie
|9 inch unbaked pie shell||1|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Chopped broccoli flowerets||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Grated mild cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Non fat dry milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 Small, beaten|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Make pie shell according to preferred recipe.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Saute onion in oil until tender and spread over pie shell.
Fill pie shell with broccoli and top with grated cheese.
Combine non-fat dry milk and water.
Add to beaten eggs and add seasonings.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes until lightly brown on top and firm.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
