White Meringue Key Lime Pie
|9 inch graham cracker crust/1 crust pastry||1 , microwaved|
|Sweetened condensed milk||14 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Grated lime peel||2 Teaspoon|
|Lime juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Meringue||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Of 3 Egg Whites)|
Blend milk and egg yolks, at low speed.
Add peel, juice and coloring; blend until smooth.
Pour into shell.
Top with meringue; microwave.
Refrigerate several hours.
