One Bowl Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  Canned pumpkin 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Canned sweetened condensed milk 14 Ounce (1 can)
  Eggs 2
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  9 inch single crust pie pastry 1 , unbaked
Directions

Put all ingredients except pastry in bowl and beat until blended.
Pour into pie pan lined with pastry rolled 1/8 inch thick.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (375° F.) for 45 to 50 minutes.
