|Granulated sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raisins||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated orange peel||1 Tablespoon|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
In medium mixing bowl or 1 1/2- or 2-qt casserole, combine sugars, cornstarch, nutmeg, water and raisins.
Microwave at High 6 to 8 minutes, or until thickened and clear, stirring every 2 minutes.
Stir in peel and juices.
Pour into shell.
Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
Set pie on wax paper in oven.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 6 to 9 minutes, or until bubbly in center, rotating 1/2 turn every 2 or 3 minutes.
