Prize Prune Pie

Ingredients
  9 inch unbaked pie shell 1
  Cooked pitted prunes 2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Granulated sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Prune juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F.
In pie shell, arrange prunes.
Beat egg with sugar, salt, lemon juice and prune juice; pour over prunes.
Meanwhile, with fork, blend together brown sugar, butter, flour and cinnamon.
Sprinkle mixture over pie.
Bake 40 minutes.
Cool on rack.
