Sombrero Pie

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Ground fresh pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Tomato juice 20 Ounce (1 Can Of 1 Pound And 4 Ounce)
  Canned whole kernel corn/1 package of 10 ounce, frozen corn 12 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cornmeal pastry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Heat oven to 400°.
Cook and stir meat and onion in large skillet until onion is tender and meat is browned.
Stir in tomato juice, corn, and seasonings.
Simmer 10 min.
Pour bubbly hot meat mixture into oblong baking dish, 11 1/2x7 1/2x1 1/2".
Cover with pastry.
Bake 30 to 35 min.
