Southern Fresh Peach Pie
|Fresh peaches||2 Pound, peeled and sliced|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cornstarch||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Optional)|
|9 inch pastry crust||1 , baked|
|Crumb topping||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Set Power Select at HIGH.
Toss peaches with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and cinnamon; arrange in prepared shell.
Heat, covered, with wax paper, 4 to 6 minutes or until peaches are almost tender.
Sprinkle with Crumb Topping; heat 4 to 5 minutes or until topping is set.
Let stand until cool.
