Southern Fresh Peach Pie

Ingredients
  Fresh peaches 2 Pound, peeled and sliced
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Optional)
  9 inch pastry crust 1 , baked
  Crumb topping 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Set Power Select at HIGH.
Toss peaches with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and cinnamon; arrange in prepared shell.
Heat, covered, with wax paper, 4 to 6 minutes or until peaches are almost tender.
Sprinkle with Crumb Topping; heat 4 to 5 minutes or until topping is set.
Let stand until cool.
