Strawberry Glazed Pie
|9 inch baked pastry crust||1 (Microwaved)|
|Fresh strawberries||1 Quart|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cornstarch||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Frozen strawberries||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Place washed and dried fresh strawberries in shell.
In 4-cup measure or small mixing bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch.
Stir in thawed strawberries.
Microwave at High 3 to 8 minutes, or until thickened and clear, stirring every 2 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice; cool.
Spoon over fresh strawberries, spreading carefully to cover.
Refrigerate several hours.
