New Fashioned Apple Pie

Ingredients
  Apple juice concentrate 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Grated nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tart green apple 7 Cup (112 tbs), sliced
  Cold butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  9 inch whole wheat pie crust 1 , baked (Or Pie Shell)
Directions

In a 4-quart casserole, combine the applejuice concentrate, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon rind, and allspice.
Stir in the apples.
Dot the surface with small pieces of the margarine or butter.
Cover with wax paper and microwave on high for a total of 16 to 20 minutes, stirring the mixture every 4 minutes during this time.
Cool, then spoon the filling into the baked pie shell.
