Oven Fried Peach Pies
|Canned peaches in light syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|Sugar||3 Tablespoon, divided|
|Ground cinnamon||3⁄4 Teaspoon, divided|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Refrigerated buttermilk biscuits||10 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Butter flavored vegetable cooking spray||4|
Combine peaches, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Sprinkle flour over work surface.
Place biscuits on floured surface.
Roll each to a 4 1/2-inch circle.
Place 1 heaping tablespoon peach mixture over half of each circle.
Brush edges of circles with water; fold in half.
Seal edges by pressing with a fork.
Place on an ungreased baking sheet; coat with cooking spray.
Combine remaining 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon; sprinkle over pies.
Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
