Oven Fried Peach Pies

Ingredients
  Canned peaches in light syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon, divided
  Ground cinnamon 3⁄4 Teaspoon, divided
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Refrigerated buttermilk biscuits 10 Ounce (1 Can)
  Butter flavored vegetable cooking spray 4
Directions

Combine peaches, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Sprinkle flour over work surface.
Place biscuits on floured surface.
Roll each to a 4 1/2-inch circle.
Place 1 heaping tablespoon peach mixture over half of each circle.
Brush edges of circles with water; fold in half.
Seal edges by pressing with a fork.
Place on an ungreased baking sheet; coat with cooking spray.
Combine remaining 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon; sprinkle over pies.
Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
