Line a 9" pie plate with pastry, having a fluted edge, Combine eggs, sugar, and salt.
Add milk, vanilla, nutmeg, and pour into the pastry-lined pie plate.
Bake in a hot oven of 450°F for 10 min.; and then in a moderate oven of 350°F for 30 min or until a silver knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
