Cranberry Nut Pie

Ingredients
  Cranberries 1 Pound, coarsely chopped
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Coarsely chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange peel 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Strained orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  9 inch graham cracker spice crust 1 , baked and cooled
  Sweetened whipped cream/Whipped topping 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Set Power Select at HIGH.
In 2 1/2 quart bowl, mix cranberries, sugar and salt.
Stir in nuts, raisins, peel and butter.
Mix cornstarch with water and juice; and stir into cranberry mixture.
Heat for 12 to 14 minutes or until mixture thickens.
Stir occasionally.
Pour into cool crust and refrigerate until cool.
To serve, top with sweetened whipped cream.
