Spicy Pumpkin Pie
|Egg substitute||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Equivalent To 2 Eggs)|
|Cooked pumpkin||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Evaporated skim milk||13 Ounce (Undiluted, 1 Can)|
|Low sodium pie shell of margarine pastry/Oil pastry||1 , unbaked (Use 9 Inch Size)|
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Beat egg substitute 5 minutes.
3. Mix in pumpkin, sugar, spices, and milk.
4. Pour into pie shell.
5. Bake 15 minutes.
6. Reduce temperature to 350°F and continue baking 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
