Spicy Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  Egg substitute 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Equivalent To 2 Eggs)
  Cooked pumpkin 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Evaporated skim milk 13 Ounce (Undiluted, 1 Can)
  Low sodium pie shell of margarine pastry/Oil pastry 1 , unbaked (Use 9 Inch Size)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Beat egg substitute 5 minutes.
3. Mix in pumpkin, sugar, spices, and milk.
4. Pour into pie shell.
5. Bake 15 minutes.
6. Reduce temperature to 350°F and continue baking 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
