Microwaved Pecan Pie

Ingredients
  One crust pastry 1 (Microwaved 9 Inch)
  Eggs 3 , divided
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Corn syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dark / Light Syrup)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Broken pecans 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
Directions

Beat 1 egg yolk until blended.
With soft brush, coat the crust with some beaten yolk to seal holes.
Microwave at High 30 to 60 seconds, or until yolk is set.
In medium mixing bowl, combine remaining eggs and white with leftover beaten yolk.
Add remaining ingredients except pecans.
Blend well.
Stir in pecans.
Microwave 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.
Pour into shell.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave 9 to 13 minutes, or until filling is almost set, rotating 1/4 turn every 3 minutes.
