|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Milk||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs), scalded in microwave oven|
Blend eggs in medium mixing bowl or 1 1/2-qt casserole at low speed.
Blend sugar and cornstarch, add to eggs.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 3 to 6 minutes, or until mixture is very hot, stirring every 2 minutes.
Pour into shell.
Set pie on inverted saucer in oven.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 4 to 15 minutes, or until set around edges and almost set in center, rotating 1/4 turn every 3 minutes.
