Meat And Potato Pie
|For shortcrust pastry|
|Refined flour||115 Gram|
|Baking powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed For Mixing)|
1. Wash and cut meat.
2. Peel and cut potatoes.
3. Peel and slice onions.
4. Put meat, onions and seasoning in a pan, cover with stock and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
5. Add potatoes and cook till meat is tender. Cool.
6. Transfer into pie dish, cover with shortcrust pastry, decorating top with leaves.
7. Bake at 205° C (400° F) for 15 minutes.
