Custard Mincemeat Pie

Ingredients
  Unbaked 9 inch pie shell 1
  Mincemeat 18 Ounce, drained to make about 1 1/4 cups (1 Jar)
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Early in day: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Into pie shell spoon mincemeat.
In small bowl, mix well milk and remaining ingredients; pour over mincemeat; bake 45 minutes or until custard is set.
Cool or serve warm.
