Ingredients
  Cooked brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shredded carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, coarsely chopped
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooked soybeans/Coarsely mashed cooked pinto beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mashed
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tamari sauce/Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Softened butter/Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Raw sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients.
Turn into an oiled 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
Cut into wedges and serve with a spatula. Top with your favorite gravy, if desired.
