|Cooked brown rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shredded carrot||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, coarsely chopped|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooked soybeans/Coarsely mashed cooked pinto beans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mashed|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tamari sauce/Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Softened butter/Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Raw sunflower seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients.
Turn into an oiled 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
Cut into wedges and serve with a spatula. Top with your favorite gravy, if desired.
