Blueberry Pies

Ingredients
  Blueberries in heavy syrup 30 Ounce (4 Cups Or Two Cans Of 15 Ounce Each)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Quick-cooking tapioca 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Dash
  Pastry for deep dish pie 4
Directions

Combine all ingredients except pastry in saucepan.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly, and simmer about 5 minutes, until slightly thickened and clear.
Spoon into 4 individual dishes, cool slightly.
Top with crusts and serve.
