Easy 9 Inch Blueberry Pie
|9 inch unbaked double pie crust||1|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Roll slightly more than half the pastry 1/8 inch thick.
Line pie pan.
Wash and drain berries.
Mix with sugar, salt, and flour.
Put into pastry-lined pie pan.
Dot with butter.
Roll out remaining pastry and fit over top of pie.
Bake in preheated very hot oven (450°F.) for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to moderate (350°F.) and bake for 25 minutes longer.
