Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  Pumpkin puree 16 Ounce
  Cream cheese 16 Ounce
  Eggs 4
  Sweet 'n low sweetener packets 8
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Set oven to 400°F
1. Soften cream cheese in microwave. Beat eggs. Mix all ingredients until blended well. Taste for sweetness, add additional sweetener if desired.
2. Pour into a well greased (butter is best) 9x9 non metallic baking pan or 8 to 10 well greased ramekins (my preference).
3. Cook at 400°F for 30 minutes (ramekins) or 40 minutes for the baking dish. Serve warm or chilled. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
