Broccoli Rice Cheese Pie
|Frozen chopped broccoli||10 Ounce|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar, 4 1/2 Ounce)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Hot cooked rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
Unwrap broccoli and place in 1-quart casserole.
Microwave at High for 4 to 5 minutes, or until-defrosted, stirring after half the time to break apart.
In medium mixing bowl, combine all filling ingredients.
In small mixing bowl, combine rice, cheese and egg.
Spread over bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate.
Spoon filling into crust.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 9 1/2 to 13 minutes, or until center of filling is set.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cut into wedges.
