The Great Canadian Lobster Pot

This lobster pot recipe is a great idea when you have a large crowd over for dinner. A healthy delicious platter of lobsters and other seafood cooked with the best of ingredients. Enjoy the heavenly flavors and tastes that go to make a great meal.
Ingredients
  Lobsters 3 Large
  Black mussels 20
  Clams 20
  Shrimps 25 Medium
  Corn 3 , cut into half
  Potatoes 12
  Garlic 4 Tablespoon, chopped
  Parsley 4 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt 3 Tablespoon
  Pepper 3 Tablespoon
  Water 3 Liter
  White wine 2 1⁄2 Liter
  Clam juice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Pepper 2 Tablespoon, crushed
  Olive lea spread 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Half cook the potatoes. Set aside and let cool. Take a huge pot and combine water, clam juice and white wine. Add garlic, parsley, 2 tbsp red chilli pepper, salt, black pepper and olive lea spread. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Add the lobsters and cook for 6 minutes. Add the potatoes, 20 black mussels, 20 manilla/littleneck clam, 25 shrimps, ears of corn on cob and stir. Bring to a boil and cook for 6-7 minutes. Take out lobsters, cut and spread on a platter. Serve with the white wine broth and other ingredients.
