Cranberry Cheese Pie
|Sweetened condensed milk||15 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, cut in cubes and softened (1 Package)|
|Whole cranberry sauce||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|9 inch vanilla wafer crust||1 , chilled|
|Whipped cream||1 Tablespoon|
Put milk, lemon juice, vanilla, and cheese in the blender container; blend till mixture is smooth.
Set aside a few whole cranberries from sauce.
Fold remaining sauce into cheese mixture.
Spoon into crust.
Freeze till firm.
Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with the reserved cranberries.
