Easy Pumpkin Pie
|Unbaked 9 inch pie shell||1|
|Sweetened condensed milk||14 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned cooked pumpkin||29 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Mix filling ingredients together, beating until smooth. Turn into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Shell will be very full. Smooth top.
Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° F. and continue baking for 30 to 45 minutes until firm.
